How to file a report

   Gather the relevant information

   Note dates, locations, people involved, and material evidence (documents, photographs, messages) that may help the investigation.

   Choose the right channel

   You may visit PCIC headquarters, contact us by phone, or submit an anonymous tip through this website.

   Identify yourself (where possible)

   Identifying yourself helps with follow-up, but you may also file a fully anonymous tip if you prefer.

4. 4

   Wait for contact

   PCIC will assess the report and, where appropriate, reach out for additional information.
